Situated in Violi Charaki, on the outskirts of Rethymno city, Aerial Villa boasts an elevated location, treating guests to awe-inspiring vistas of the sea and the cityscape. Its strategic position in the heart of Crete makes it an ideal base for exploring the island, with convenient access to the highway.

Layout 

Aerial Villa is the perfect holiday getaway, spanning across 4 levels, and encompassing an expansive 500 m2. The comfortable furnishings enhance the overall experience, while the smart layout ensures privacy for each guest, accommodating up to 12 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms and up to 14 if necessary by providing 2 folding beds in the playroom area

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Aerial Villa offers an open-plan space and two bedrooms. This space provides breathtaking views and creates a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. 

The living room area features two comfortable sofas, an ottoman, and a stylish coffee table. Enjoy entertainment on the 75'' smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, and PS4 console.  Adjacent to the living room, you will find a dining area, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art built-in appliances, including a wine cooler and an air fryer, as well as an impressive open display case, ensure a self-catered holiday. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with a top mattress, which can also be set up as two singles upon request. This bedroom also features an en suite bathroom, a 32" TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, a self-controlled A/C,  and direct access to the pool area. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a comfortable Queen size 1.60m x 2.00m bed. This bedroom also features an en suite bathroom, a 32" TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, a self-controlled A/C,  and direct access to the pool area. 

Additionally, the ground floor also features an elevator, for added convenience and access to all floors. 

First floor

Ascending the stairs to the first floor guests can find, an incredible roof terrace with bean bag loungers, offering panoramic and unobstructed views of the sea.  A kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, espresso machine, and washer/dryer enclosed within a cabinet.

Bedroom 3:  This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with a top mattress, which can also be arranged as two singles upon request, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. This bedroom also features a 32'' TV,  a closet with a safety box, and a self-controlled A/C. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed measuring 1.60m x 2.00m, equipped with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower cabin. This bedroom also features a 32'' TV,  a closet with a safety box, and a self-controlled A/C. 

These two bedrooms share a balcony that offers seating for four people, overlooking the pool area and showcasing stunning views of the sea, city, and the surrounding landscape.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed measuring 1.60m x 2.00m, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. This bedroom also includes a sofa capable of accommodating one additional guest and a private balcony providing views of the area. 

Second floor

Bedroom 6:  This attic-style bedroom features a Queen-size bed 1,60 X 2,00 bed, a 32’’ TV, a closet with a safety box, a sel-controlled A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. A window also offers beautiful views of the area.

Lower Floor 

On the lower level, you are welcomed by the ultimate playroom, where fun knows no bounds! This playroom offers a delightful assortment of games and amenities to keep you entertained for hours on end, including a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, football table sub soccer, darts, and a selection of board games. To complete the experience, the playroom also offers a 65 TV’’,  an array of cozy bean bag loungers, and A/C. Our younger guests could spend some creative time using the table and chair seating arrangement, bowling sets, scooters, kids Jenga, and roleplaying games.

But that’s not all! For those who wish to stay active even during their holiday, gym equipment is also available, providing a treadmill, mats, dumbells, yoga equipment, and CrossFit bands. Finally, a full bathroom with a shower cabin completes the lower level.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of the Aerial Villa is a haven of relaxation and enjoyment, covering 500m2, and offering a wide range of amenities for guests to indulge in. In more detail, the Villa offers:

- A private, 60 sq.m., free-shaped swimming pool, 1,40 m. deep with step access. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay upon advance notice, with an additional daily charge.

- Families with children will appreciate the dedicated, 5,5 sq.m., children's pool, 0,55 m deep, with a hydromassage function that will excite both children and parents.

- The pool area is well-equipped with 8 comfy sun beds for lounging and sunbathing, side tables, and 5 umbrellas, while a round day bed provides a cozy spot for relaxation or an afternoon nap. An outdoor WC and a poolside shower are also available for utmost comfort.

- The gas BBQ grill, small fridge, and outdoor sink make outdoor culinary experiences enjoyable and hassle-free.

- An outdoor dining area, accommodating up to 12 guests, offers ample opportunity for al fresco dining.

- A comfortable sectional sofa with chaise longue invites you to unwind and enjoy the company of your loved ones or indulge in a good book. 

- Outdoor parking space for 3 cars.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced offering security and full privacy to our guests.
